"Chad is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The clutch went out on my Husqvarna 701, turns out it was a recalled part and Chad was able to squeeze me in despite a busy service schedule. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced quickly and I was back on the road in 2 days. Great customer service and a ton of parts in their shop. I highly recommend MPC for your KTM and Husqvarna needs. "I love this place! I have an 04 and they ALWAYS have what I'm looking for when I cant find it anywhere(even online). Prices are competitive for a brick and mortar store, and I'd rather purchase from locals than buy online. Staff is always super helpful, very knowledgeable, and never pressure me when I say, "I'm just browsing around looking to buy stuff I probably I don't need." Definitely go here, they're awesome!" "Absolutely stellar customer service. I made a giant mess out of a new OEM part during my at home installation. I called motorcycle performance center the next day to reorder the part and start over. The staff took the time to help me repair the part, instead of making me buy replacement at full price, saving me a chunk of money. The staff at Motorcycle Performance Center didn’t make me feel like an idiot for the mess I had made of the installation. They obviously could have, and it would have been deserved. I am super impressed with the old school customer service, as well as the obviously advances skills, and knowledge possessed by your mechanics and staff.Thank you gentlemen, I’ll see you again soon I’m sure. Absolutely phenomenal staff, courteous and knowledgeable. They’ve also been in business with KTM for decades, so if anyone knows how to fix it, it’s them!" Overall Rating: Vince -

Guys got the bike at about 9:15 on a Saturday, diagnosed the issue within a couple of hours and gave me an update over the phone to confirm it was under warranty and a bad hose at the thermostat housing. They replaced what needed to be replaced and got me going within another 1-2 hours, so quick. So grateful I found a good bunch of guys there to help me get back on the road that day. I use the bike for BRD runs during the riding season, and also commute a few times a week on it, to church on Sundays, and around town for errands because of the gas mileage it gets being so much better than my truck.
